Cardoso Varela is a 15-year-old, right footed left winger. Play for the U19 team of Porto. Player observed in the context of the Euro U17 in 2024, representing the Portuguese national team. 

Player of short stature (167 cm), explosive, agile and strong at changing speeds. Virtuous player, technically evolved, irreverent in 1v1, easily overcoming opponents and vertical, finishing well when in front of the goal. Looks for depth well, crossing well and making good decisions in the last third. Defensively he is hard-working and shows a good reaction to loss.
