Kiano Dyer
Kiano Dyer is a 18 years old English under 19 international who stands at 1.78m tall. A right-footed defensive midfielder who is technically advanced and good at short dribbling to get out of pressure zones. He takes charge of the build-up phase, distributing the play well and breaking the pressure lines. He is intelligent, occupies spaces well defensively and reveals a good reading of the game, which often allows him to recover possession.

Defensive midfielder of medium stature (178 cm), athletic and agile. Technically advanced, strong in short dribbling due to the ease of playing with both feet and has a good first touch to guide the ball for his next action. Demonstrates the ability to position himself between the central players to take over the build-up phase, where he adds quality by distributing the play well. Shows variability and assertiveness in short and long passes and breaks lines through passing when connecting inside the opponent's structure. Shows the ability to retain possession, as he hides the ball well through short passes and is strong under pressure from the opponent, being strong in short spaces. He dictates the rhythm of the game, accelerating or pausing when necessary and also shows skill in crossing and variation in the center of the game. Defensively, he occupies defensive spaces well, reads the game well and anticipates opponents well. He is aggressive in duels, has good tackling ability that allows him to recover possession many times. Hard-working, intelligent athlete who reveals a good vision of the game. His weak point is his physical strength, as he is not very strong in this aspect. A player with enormous potential who plays for Chelsea's U21 team and has already made his debut for the English first team. In the near future, I see him being one of Chelsea's big bets for the future, but first I feel he needs a loan to get more minutes at senior level to gain experience and be ready to join the Blues' first team.
